Julia has often been described as “The Quiet Storm” because at first glance she may come across quiet and laid back however when she begins to deliver the Word of God, she is both powerful and passionate not to mention on point, as she operates under the power of the Holy Spirit! Julia’s Ministry is one of deliverance and healing!
Julia is also the Co-Founder of ACTS (Active Christians Truly Serving) which is a faith based not for profit organization. Julia Butler has successfully lead empowering workshops that have motivated men, women, boys and girls; her testimony has inspired audiences for years. She is the former Youth Pastor of Purpose and Destiny Christian Church. She has been blessed with the gift to write poetry, short stories, plays, and books, in addition to her other spiritual gifts. Julia Butler has learned firsthand that ‘devastation does not have to be the final chapter of anyone’s life.’ Today Julia has dedicated her life to helping others to go from victim to victorious because out of her own words “Victory is not a onetime deal; rather it is an event that you should experience everyday of your life.” Julia is excited to share the essential elements to successful living while single.

Julia’s Background
Julia was raised in Riverside California, where she grew up under the Pastoral Leadership of her uncle who is the pastor of Bright Light C.O.G.I.C today known as Higher Ground C.O.G.I.C. Julia is the former Youth Pastor of Purpose and Destiny Christian Church. She has taught Sunday School and Bible Study classes successfully. Julia also served as Director of Grace Praise Dancers. She has assisted countless charities. She is a loving mother and has mentored countless youth.

ACTS stands for Active Christians Truly Serving! We help people go from victim to victorious, ministering to the whole person, body mind and spirit, ACTS provides Career Training, Career Placement, Interviewing training, Dress for Success coaching, Social Education, Spiritual Support Counseling and Support Groups. ACTS believes that a hand up goes a lot further then a hand out; individuals who work are better off financially than if they do not work. Each year ACTS provides services to thousands of people who are on programs such as Welfare, Un-employment and other Government ran Programs to get jobs and off of all such programs.
